How do I purchase tickets?
To purchase tickets: 1) Browse or search for your desired event, 2) Select the number of tickets you need, 3) Fill in your details, 4) Choose your payment method (M-Pesa, Card, PayPal, or Bank), 5) Complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tickets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including M-Pesa (mobile money), Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
How do I receive my tickets?
After successful payment, your e-tickets will be sent immediately to your email address. You can also access them by logging into your TaifaTickets account and viewing "My Tickets". Present the ticket (printed or on mobile) at the event entrance.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
Refund policies vary by event. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If an event is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund automatically. For other refund requests, please contact our support team with your order details.
Do I need to create an account to buy tickets?
No, you can purchase tickets as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to easily manage your tickets, view order history, receive personalized event recommendations, and checkout faster for future purchases.
How do I verify my ticket is authentic?
You can verify your ticket authenticity using our "Check Ticket" feature. Simply enter your email address and order reference number. Each ticket also includes a unique QR code that can be scanned at the event entrance for verification.
What if I don't receive my confirmation email?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, log into your account to access your tickets from "My Tickets". If the issue persists, contact our support team at info@taifatickets.com with your order reference number.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfer policies depend on the event organizer. Some events allow transfers while others don't. Check your ticket details or contact our support team to inquire about transferring your specific ticket.
